Who AM I?     

     I am Catrice your Holistic Life Coach and we are going to A.I.M for Change towards dietary patterns in Nutrition and elevate our Health to a new level of Fitness that transforms our overall Well-being. I will do that by encouraging and challenging your thinking. I will use my BEvolution LLC platform to Educate and Equip you through boot camp courses and books that will motivate you to get into the atmosphere of change. I will Empower you with updates on the website and social media posts. I will engage with you through questions, responses and build a community of core knowledge that extends us beyond Nutrition, Health, Fitness, and Wellness. It is our lifestyle!  BEvolution LLC has created a framework on the 4 knowledge areas which includes Nutrition, Health, Fitness, and Wellness into a system that will assess your needs to help map a plan which will give you a strategy and a process to A.I.M 4 Change, focus your attention, provide direction, become aware of destructive patterns that disrupt the quality of your Nutrition, Health, Fitness and Wellness lifestyle and change 1 knowledge area at a time.

What do I do?

     A.I.M 4 Change is launching 4 online Bootcamp Coaching Courses that will allow you to build your platform for your Nutrition, Health, Fitness & Wellness.  It is an affordable and progressive self-paced Holistic Program that is designed to provide you with the information and knowledge you need to assess YOU. It will also help you measure your decisions against the standard in the industry of Nutrition, Health, Fitness, and Wellness platforms. It is a 4-part program that is done at your pace, and you have to assess to reach out to me for assistance. Each coaching session includes an assessment and analysis which are designed to help you focus on key areas that need measuring for you to see significant changes.  It is designed 2 A.I.M (Assess & Analyze, Implement, and Manage) at each area of your life so you are thriving in your overall wellbeing.

 

Who do I serve?

     This program is designed for those who have been cycling around the same mountain in your Nutrition, Health, Fitness & Wellness without a rhythm or flow of consistent patterns. It is designed to identify those inconsistencies, get to the core concerns, integrate and complement what you are doing with your current professionals in the area of Nutrition, Health, Fitness, and Wellness to get to uproot any blockages.  The program will consistently change to implement better strategies that are identified by the clients and the owner. Your voice matters. It is also designed to help you evolve within the knowledge areas. Each coaching session is designed to measure key indicators that will transform you and open your eyes to a better way to think, create, recreate, and manage from your position of power for the lifestyle that you have the self-control to impact.

What to Expect: 

The expectation at the end of this program is that you will be able to form new habits that integrate with professionals to control, stabilize, maintain, and thrive in your health so you can teach others. It will also bring a level of awareness and prevention into your consistent lifestyle.


Your openness and willingness to go through the program, complete the coaching sessions, and ask for help as you walk through each session is the key to staying consistent.

Health Bootcamp Coaching Course 222
 

The Nutrition Bootcamp Coaching Course 111 is designed to help you to build a platform that serves identifies the nutrition-rich foods catered specifically to you and your needs from daily patterns. It will help you find the gaps in your eating and bridge them while building a comprehensive list of foods that you can consume on a regular basis that benefit and support you. You will complete 3 sections of free assessments, learn the best method to track, measure your portion sizes for the foods that you select in an easy fashion whether you are in public or at home. You will be able to properly align you’re eating habits with the standard guideline and exact the nutrients for you and your needs.  Herbs and supplements are the second and third-level decisions post food choices and research.  

The Health Bootcamp Coaching Course 222 is designed for you to document and gather all medical records that pertain to your health. You will assess your current health condition and discover paths toward thriving in your health.

Wellness Bootcamp Coaching Course 444 
 

The Fitness Bootcamp Coaching Course 333 is designed to get you moving in the best way fitting for your health. You will have a fitness test that will give you a baseline of where you are, and you will determine where you want to be. You will learn to burn calories that are stored and calories that you have eaten. You will also learn other areas such as maximizing your heart rate for an effective workout.

The Wellness Bootcamp Coaching Course 444 assesses all other areas that people tend to forget about. You will learn how to properly treat those areas along your journey.  We challenge you to get assessments on your skin, facial conditions, oral health, chiropractic health, hair health, foot and nail health and other special areas such as yearly appointments based on routine health/wellness checkups.
